Support for a safer, more confident move into the next stage.
Our Mental Health Recovery Home offers structured step-down supported accommodation for adults moving from inpatient care, crisis services or unstable community placements. We combine a stable home with recovery-focused support, daily living skills and planning for safe, sustainable independence.
Bridging the gap between a supported setting and everyday life.
After a mental health crisis or hospital stay, recovery does not happen overnight. People may need time to rebuild routines, relationships and confidence. Our supported living home offers a structured, compassionate place to do that.
Our approach is to provide the agreed level of support around that transition, while keeping the individual involved in decisions and focusing on what they can do for themselves.
Practical help around the transition.
Support may include 24-hour staff presence, recovery-focused planning, reablement, independent-living development, education and employability pathways, and regular assessment and review. The exact arrangements depend on each person’s agreed plan.
Settling into routines
Support with practical daily routines so the person can become familiar with the next stage of living.
Confidence with daily activities
Encouragement and proportionate assistance with agreed everyday activities, with independence supported where possible.
Clear communication
Practical communication around agreed support arrangements and the people involved in the transition.
Review as needs change
The level and focus of support can be reviewed as routines become established and circumstances change.
A service considered around the person’s situation—not a label.
We support medically stable adults under and over 65, including people with enduring or episodic mental health needs who can engage in a structured recovery programme. Some may have experienced repeated hospital admissions, placement breakdowns or lengthy periods of instability.
We are not a crisis service, detox unit or inpatient clinical ward. Suitability depends on individual needs, agreed support arrangements and relevant care or discharge plans, and is considered through an initial conversation.
